• and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail).
• To carry out a treatment plan agreed with you, consisting of skin therapy services.
• For handling your payment.
• Sending our newsletter.
• Informing you of changes to our services and products.

Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

How long will my data be kept?
Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics keeps your personal and medical data. We are required by law (WBGO) to keep your records for 15 years.

Will my data be shared with third parties?
Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics only provides your personal and medical data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of skin therapy care, or to comply with a legal obligation. Moreover, this is always in consultation.

What data is stored from my website visit?
On the website of Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics general visit data is stored, including the IP address of your computer and the time of your visit and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visiting and clicking behavior on the website. Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized and is not provided to third parties.

Google Analytics
Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective the Adwords ads from Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics are at Google. The information obtained in this way, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information. You will also find Google Analytics' privacy policy here. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports on the website to Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics and to offer its advertisers information on the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics has no influence on this. Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through the laser clinic for other Google services.

Electronic patient record
Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics works in a secure server with Salonized's online calendar and patient record. This program stores and updates your personal and medical information.

View, correct or delete data.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@parisaskinclinic.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, at the latest within four weeks.

Security
Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, or if you would like more information about the security of personal data collected by Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics, please contact Parisa Skin & Laser Clinics as soon as possible at info@parisaskinclinic.nl.
