Camouflage Therapy

Medical camouflage is used to make skin discolorations and skin imperfections on the body or face temporarily less visible. Medical camouflage is chosen for psychological and/or aesthetic reasons. This treatment is used for skin conditions where too much or too little pigment is present such as: scars, pigmentation spots, pregnancy mask / melasma, vitiligo. But also skin disorders caused by vascular abnormalities causing a red color to be visible such as: wine stains / neavus flammeus, rosacea, rosacea / telangiectasias, varicose veins, burns and tattoos.

Camouflage therapy is covered (in part) by most insurance companies.
