Chemical Peeling

A chemical peel is a treatment technique to reduce fine lines, pigmentation spots, coarse pores and acne scars. In addition, the peel causes the skin to renew itself and the deeper layers of the skin are stimulated. This results in improved skin structure and skin quality.

The combination of chemical peels and skin care products leads to a remarkable improvement of all possible skin problems in various skin types. A chemical peel can be applied to the face, as well as other areas such as the neck and décolleté.

Depending on the type of skin problem or desired result, a peel can be applied superficially to deeply. The deep action of the chemical peel allows the skin to be revitalized and refreshed and the skin structure to become more even and smooth. The image to the right shows the different chemical peels, each with its own depth of action in the various skin layers.

Types of chemical peels:

Easy TCA Pain Control is a medical chemical peel containing 15% trichloroacetic acid to which pain relief (Phenol) has been added. This provides more comfort during the treatment. The Easy TCA Pain Control is based on a special base-solution, allowing for controlled work. This therefore makes the peeling one of the few suitable for all skin types! By applying TCA to the skin, the skin flakes off faster. Cell renewal is stimulated and dead skin cells are removed. Due to the depth of the peeling, the production of collagen and elastin is stimulated.

Pixel peel

The Pixel Peel is a combination of the Microneedling with the TCA Pain Control Peel in one treatment. Due to the combination of these two treatments, the peeling fluid can penetrate deeper allowing for faster and better results. The pixel peel is not suitable for deep wrinkles or folds, these can be treated with a deeper peel such as the TCA Mosaic peel, among others.

TCA Mosaic Peel

The Skin Tech Mosaic Peeling is a combination of peels of different strengths during the same treatment. This makes it possible to give different areas of the face exactly the treatment that is needed. The deeper the peel, the more effect on the skin. Of the skin treated most deeply, wrinkles will fade and the structure of the skin will improve greatly. The skin treated least deeply will improve in structure without much effect on wrinkles. Exfoliating fluid containing phenol and Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in various strengths is used.

Happy Peel

Happy Peel is a special, medical TCA peel for the intimate area to smooth and lighten the skin in the anogenital region (outer labia majora and inner thighs and groin) and armpits. It also firms the skin and improves overall skin condition. Happy Peel contains pain relief that makes the treatment more comfortable. Happy Peel contains 15% TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) which improves the structure of the skin. By applying TCA to the skin, the skin flakes off more quickly, stimulating it to produce new skin cells. This gives you a smoother and more even skin! The following indications can be treated with the Happy Peel: poor skin texture, sagging skin, hyperpigmentation.

Dermaceutic Cosmo Peel

With the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and a coarser skin texture, the skin can be improved with the Cosmo Peel. This peel includes different percentages of TCA, so that the peeling can be built up in terms of strength.

Dermaceutic Cosmo Peel Forte

The Cosmo Peel Forte is suitable for aging skin where sagging and wrinkles are visible. Irregular skin structure and (acne) scars can also be treated with this peel. The peeling contains 20% TCA, 10% Phenol and 10% glycolic acid.

Vitamin C Peeling

This peel is ideally suited for stabilizing melasma due to its high percentage of vitamin C. This peel can be applied in summer.

The skin is always renewing itself. When a person is young this happens quickly, with age this process slows down. The process is different for everyone. When skin renewal is slower, dead or damaged skin cells remain visible longer: the result is a dull or dull skin with spots. Also, when the skin is too oily or has pigmentation spots, it is important to choose the right peeling.

The skin is cleansed with Dermaceutic products. Then the impurities present are removed. Depending on a number of factors (treatment objective, skin type, etc.), the chosen peeling is applied to the skin. The application time and number of layers varies depending on the chosen peeling, the indication and skin reaction. You will experience a burning sensation during the peeling that may last for several minutes.

On average, 4-8 treatments take place to achieve a goal. The interval varies by person and indication.

During and after the treatment, the skin will be red in color. Depending on the chosen acid, the skin will show mild to stronger flaking after the treatment. We recommend using as little makeup as possible for 1 day immediately after treatment and avoiding intense exercise.

The peels work skin-building, making the structure of your skin stronger and fresher. Because the skin has to repair itself, you experience a total boost and glow that are not achievable with skin care products. Your skin will shine again.

After peeling, the skin is often a little more sensitive than usual. To allow the skin to recover optimally, it is very important to be extra careful for the first 24 hours after treatment. To ensure that the skin has recovered optimally and is prepared for the next treatment, home products are important. This is matched to your daily skin care products.

To reduce swelling under the eyes, you can put an extra pillow under your head at night or raise the head of the bed so that gravity can do its job.

During the treatment period and for at least three weeks after the last treatment, it is important to keep the treated area out of the sun. If you cannot avoid being in the sun, use sunscreen with a protection factor of 30 or higher regularly. This helps protect the skin from harmful UV rays and maintain the results achieved.
